Needs to simulate the IFhirAppointmentUpdater
and also the MessageProcessor class
and a UI page like the SMS simulator for the data in the PMS appt object.
and a local storage tests save/load

Would be nice to "dump" 3 days off appointments into a test environment

Done the PMS appointment, but not the dump. Not sure it's important?
