cudart64_12.dll missing on pre-built Real-Time Viewer for Windows

Describe the bug
On run pre-built SIBR_gaussianViewer_app.exe:

./<SIBR install dir>/bin/SIBR_gaussianViewer_app -m <path to trained model>

I've got System error - cudart64_12.dll not found

Fix
Download dll from https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/cudart64_12 and put it to the bin folder as follows:

./<SIBR install dir>/bin/CUDART64_12.DLL

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11
• GPU: RTX 4050 Laptop
