Categorize design component API based on type alias so the article structure is more defined.

The Desired Behavior

Design component API docs should be broken down into these headings:

• Components
• Directives
• Services (i.e. DaffToastService)
• Types (i.e. DaffToastConfiguration, DaffToast, DaffToastData, DaffToastAction)
