android 13 installation problem

I am using an a13 phone. I am trying to install android 12 on my phone, but it says it is not compatible with android, please allow the app to be used on a13 phones

@mnbogner Have we done some updates since January that may have fixed this? It doesn't seem to want to let you install stuff on the emulator from the Play Store, but I was able to install the 4.0 version from F-Droid on Android 13 in the emulator
