Describe the bug
Columns with nested headers do not have a minimum width which causes wide tables to have squished text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://gridjs.io/docs/examples/nested-header
Resize window to a smaller width

Expected behavior
The table should expand to the right with a horizontal scrollbar.
