Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some customers use LMStudio for running local models.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should have a driver for LMStudio. I attempted to use OpenAiChatPromptDriver, but it didn't work correctly due to the system prompt coming back blank.
