Incorrect defensive CR calculation #58

Effective AC CR is being calculated incorrectly. Given a monster with 9 HP and AC 16 we get:

	Value	Effective CR
HP	9	⅛
AC	16	+1

But the effective defensive CR for the AC should be +5.
