It would be nice to load our existing hpe/dxc/… themes in the click of a button.

Is the idea that you want to use those as a starter and then tweak them?

yes.
And also it would be nice to browse between different themes to see which one may look best for an app I'm working on. For example, experimenting with the dark theme vs the nineties theme or other random themes I can import can help me make a better and quicker decision which app would work best for my app.

...similarly to how we are allowing to switch themes on our storybook.

You can already do that in designer.grommet.io, where the formal themes are available as options.

For me, it will make sense to have it as part of designing my theme, so I can build-up from the theme that works best for me.
