Accordion - border colors with opacity result in inconsistent accordion borders #333

Because accordion uses border: {side: 'horizontal', color: 'border'} and border color has opacity, overlapping borders result in a darker color.

Expected: Border colors should be consistent.

Actual: borders in between items are darker than the top and bottom.
