There's no such thing as a single norwegian language, either it's nb (Bokmål) or nn (Nynorsk). no just refers to any norwegian language. If you have to alias one, it would be nb but still, this shouldn't be necessary.
At very least,
I18nData.languages('NB')I18nData.languages('NN')I18nData.languages('NO')# if you must, default to I18nData.languages('NB')
