Prevent events with a very long duration

The current format is not well suited for events with a long duration (e.g. longer than a month) as these events produce a lot of noise in both, the explore and the calendar view. These events should bei prevented from being created with a notice to only create events for specific events and not for long running installations (like exhibitions or reoccurring events).
