Is the PR title important?

Hi.

It's only now that I notice that there is a text saying that PR title should be the muid itself:

I just wanted to know whether it's a mandatory thing or just a suggestion because in my PR which has already been merged, I didn't place muid in the title but only in the description.

I would like to know will it cause any problems in the launchpad process, that's all.
