Check spatial search filter

For an increasing number of issues it's necessary to allow spatial search and filters for the issues list or a project.

Typical spatial search requests are:

• Limit by Bounding Box (ie. current map extent)
• Limit by distance (ie. distance is less than x km)
• Order by distance (ie. from current center point)

Check that these filters still work.
