incomplete map loading

Carla0.14, Apollo 9.0. When I started the joint simulation according to the official website tutorial, the map loaded into Apollo was incomplete. My operation sequence:

1. Start Carla

2. Start the Apollo server

3. Open the Apollo client interface

4. Select vehicle

5. Use Python main.py to start the bridge

6. Select the map in the browser

As a result, there was an incomplete map. I have tried more than ten times, but it has always been like this
