When you scroll beyond ninth slot items used directly from fourth row of inventory.

What if instead of this make them swap in main hand? Visually it would be same things but with this addition there will be an opportunity to use second bar on servers

I am pretty sure you can't just use items from outside of your hotbar on a server.

And that's why it doesn't work right now.

Right now if you select something from slot №13 it is located in fourth row:

I suggest automatically swapping items (but hotbar stays the same) so they would be located like that:
