I use https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/inventory-sorting and when clicking the button to sort the player inventory, it also sorts the first row of course

It would be nice if there was a way to enable compatibility with inventory sorting mods so they are aware of the existence of a large hotbar and avoid sorting the slots in use by the enlarged hotbar.
