This could be via email or with a push notification within the browser

Requires some rate-throttling, like once a day.
Thresholds are easy for CPU jobs, but GPUs are problematic, except for trivial cases where the GPU is mostly idle.
Need to handle the use of languages (en/fr), and this is a custom attribute in our LDAP. So it needs to be made generic.
