What type of expressions are supported in visibleIf $EXPR$ #497

Could u tell us what kind of expressions are supported in visibleIf $EXPR$. Only basic operators are supported ?
I tried using some basic JS stuff like .length but not substr. I saw the evaluator being used is JEXL but couldn't find the options available.
