heatmap shows all pathway but can not select average top upregulated or down regulated pathway

Thanks for making this package
Should heatmap take the top 50~100 upregulated or down regulated pathway to show? (or make function to take
because for my single cell data I cut each cluster and run scgsva for GO testing ,but when I run heatmap this shows 20589 pathway and make the graph can't be show on PDF file

Thanks for your suggestions. Now we don't have the function for top 50~100 pathways selection. However, we had a option to use the features in the function, you can select the pathways you want to display with the heatmap. Hope this will help!
