Offline results page workflow pages empty #5065

A few pages in the offline results page are empty:

  • dax
  • input map
  • output map
  • planning

These should be added to

I suspect this was broken when we moved to "submit when generating workflow" ... But this likely means some of these things are redundant (and possibly don't belong on the result page in any case).

I think we can get some of the parts of this, but not 100%

Avoided in #5064, but we should consider if these can be included. I'm fairly sure that the input/output maps can be got. I'm not sure what the "planning" page had before

this also needs fixing in the bank waveform compression workflow
