python -m indra_cogex.sources.pathways misses second cli #26

The way cli is implemented somehow the second call here to WikipathwaysProcessor is never reached. @cthoyt if you know why, please push a fix.

This seems to still be the case, e.g., also for https://github.com/bgyori/indra_cogex/blob/main/src/indra_cogex/sources/cbioportal/__main__.py#L4-L6 where only the first processor runs after which the process exits. @cthoyt could you look into this?
