Trigger resync of smb share (folder)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Each smb mount gets two async tasks:

• listener
• interval sync

While both may fail or are in an inconsistent state ot the interval is too big there is no way to manually trigger a refresh (smb sync).

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be an api endpoint to trigger a new sync.
This also related to #366 and #298
