Calling kchmviewer with an --sindex parameter does not directly show the corresponding help page #24

When calling kchmviewer with the --sindex switch with a keyword, the program opens correctly and goes to the index tab and scrolls to the correct index item, but then does not show on the right the corresponding page of the help file; the user should then find the selected index item and click it again to show the page.

I understand that the command line parameter may match many index items, but it would be useful nonetheless if the first matching index item help page would be immediately shown. The user can then navigate to other pages if he needs, but would be immediately presented with useful information if the matching index item is only one, or if the first match is indeed what he needed.

By the way, I'm using kchmviewer 7.6 on windows, since I don't seem to find any windows build more recent that this: 7.7 folder on souceforge contains two installers for windows which both in reality install version 7.6, and more recent versions like 8.0 seem to be available only in source code form, no compiled windows binary...
