In "UNET for dense prediction",after training and predicting,how to generate the final result?

Everything goes OK before generating the final result.When I run the candidates.py,errors maybe because of the lack of hoi.mhd and the folder "/data/1_1_1mm_512_x_512_annotation_masks".I have done the previous steps one by one,and also change line 30 to the path of predicted png.I still don't know what hoi.mhd and the folder "/data/1_1_1mm_512_x_512_annotation_masks" mean,and how they are generated.
