This release introduces stability improvements in both core and API, among new features.

New major features are:

• Built-in retry/backoff logic for both forward/replay traffic (it's a sort of resiliency for your HTTP traffic)
• New middleware phase for proxied responses (now you can intercept responses before sending them to the end clients)
• Rocky CLI is now a standalone package (rocky core is now more small with less dependencies)
• Better test coverage
