The script runs but shows there are no devices available to download a backup from. I know my icloud account has multiple backups and I can see them from my iPhone and in the iCloud program. Has Apple blocked this script?

Same issue here, icloud account with a device, but I got 0 devices for iloot.

You're using iOS9. Iloot is not (yet) compatible with iOS9. Check out: #62
