Notes from CoP PM meeting (31 Jan 2025)

1. Bonnie explained the process of creating a brand book to define a project's voice and values before designers work on visual elements. Do we have one? She stated that PMs are to decide if we want to invest in a brand book and the time/resources we have to allocate to it.
   • we don't have one (at least I don't think so), will ask Lu in the #civictechjobs Slack channel, about this. 1. Do we have a brand book 2. Is this something that's of interest to her
2. Bonnie reviewed the accomplishments issue for the Expungement Assist project, providing guidance on identifying relevant achievements and formatting them appropriately. Every week one team will share their accomplishments issue. We may need to update this.

3. PMs need to go through their rosters to make sure it's updated.
4. Bonnie said one Senior Developer should join the Wednesday 6pm DevOps meeting to chat further on why our staging environment is being blocked. She was under the impression that it was moving along so further clarification is needed.
5. Our design/research updates on the survey should be discussed during our check in with her during PM Org meeting on Feb 10th.

Updates for HfLA PM Meeting:

• Our Dev team is blocked by devops support to deploy our staging environment - the Devops team is prioritizing VRMS and People Depot. The devops incubator lead needs to test and finalize their deployment process.
  • Right now this isn't too much of an issue, but we want to be able to deploy a staging environment by mid-Feb.
• Our Design team is updating some of the designs based on findings from our user testing
• Our Research team is hoping to get movement on having the organization employ UserTesting.com - is that survey still expecting to go out to the organization?
• Was unable to get admin access to CTJ repo - can we get any support in this?
