The Design Systems team is planning to improve HfLA's volunteer experience by creating a cohesive design system framework that can be used across the organization. Possible update to recruiting criteria - tester should not be totally new to Figma. Discussed with @sandraberjan @JohnHaoHuang @allthatyazz about end users likely not being totally new to Figma in real world scenario
