GHA Notify Docker build success or failure failure: Bad credentials

Overview

We have a configuration problem in the ghpages-docker repo where the GHA Notify Docker build success or failure can't use the GitHub cli with the Daniel Ridge PAT. The suspected cause is expired PAT key that needs to be replaced.

Action Items

• Check that the Daniel Ridge PAT is not expired
  • Regenerate PAT if expired and set the value in this repo
• If necessary, test the PAT manually by creating a new issue from the commandline similar to the failure case
• Manually dispatch a new Docker image build to test the entire GHA chain, which builds and uploads the image, then creates a new issue in Ops repo on success or failure

• Manually dispatch build image workflow via the button. Choose the main branch to dispatch.

• DevOps lead should have information about the Daniel Ridge GitHub account and maybe the generated PAT and expiration date.
