We need to generate questions for the FAQ page usability testing that will identify any pain points and potential recommendations with the current designs and functions of this page.

Action Items

  • Discuss testing goals with PM and design team
  • Review previous usability test scripts
  • Write test questions/tasks
  • Submit test questions/tasks to PM for approval
  • Add questions/tasks link to resources section of [wiki task when created]
