Add new variable github-handle for member Olivia Chiong in 100-automations.md

Overview

We need to create a single variable github-handle to hold the github handle for each member of the leadership team. Eventually github-handle will replace the github and picture variables, reducing redundancy in the project file.

Action Items

• Open the file _projects/100-automations.md in your IDE.
• Replace:

- name: Olivia Chiong

with

- name: Olivia Chiong
  github-handle: 

• Do not use a tab to indent "github-handle". YAML doesn't allow tabs; it requires spaces.
• Using docker, confirm that the appearance of the project webpage is unchanged at all screen sizes. The project webpage URL can be found below under Resources.

Merge Team

• Release the dependency of this issue in Epic: Create issues to add github-handle to leadership teams #5441
• After the last dependency has been released, close Epic: Create issues to add github-handle to leadership teams #5441

Also, don't forget to remove the "missing labels" afterwards.
To remove a label, the process is similar to adding a label, but you select a currently added label to remove it.

After the proper labels are added, the merge team will review the issue and add a "Ready for Prioritization" label once it is ready for prioritization.

@crystallyyy Please note that this issue has been edited. The second Action Item has been modified (by removing the hypen before github-handle) and a new Action Item has been added to warn against the use of a Tab character. Thank you.
