The first version of the book at adv-r.had.co.nz/ doesn't use HTTPS .
Although I realize that the domain is probably no longer relevant , I figured I open an issue.
Unrelated, the 2nd version link points to the 1st edition still, but I see there are already two open issues regarding the link. <- fixed in PR #1801
