I am facing the same issue on Fedora 37. Already install qt5tools, and still getting this error.

Can you execute the following in your terminal

qdbus --literal org.kde.kdeconnect /modules/kdeconnect org.kde.kdeconnect.daemon.devices and tell me the output?
