Monitoring and Billing Alexa usage per course

One feature required is how to monitor the alexa usage per course for billing.

I can limit each buyer to say 100 hours of speech recognition in a course, with the option to pay for more hours. This element has to be provided for each buyer of each course.

Alexa bills by usage, so usage per course has to set limits per customer, monitor usage (customer and moodle admin to know how many hours have been used), alerts on usage when reaching the limit, with option to buy additional hours and add additional hours (by admin).
