[Improvement] Windows - more visible indicators on tray icon

Current status indicators (tick and exclemation mark) are not easy distinguishable, depending on display resolution/size.

Coloring (and maybe enlarging) the indicators would help a lot. E.g. a green check mark and a red exclamation mark.
Apparently this is already done on MacOS so: #727
