Hi,

"apt-get update" on debian 8 gives an error:
Fehl http://dl.bintray.com jessie/main amd64 Packages
403 Forbidden
Fehl http://dl.bintray.com jessie/main i386 Packages
403 Forbidden

Looks like the traffic limit was exceeded, ... again.
