Permissions in share link empty

Permissions are missing in the share link modal window. It's most likely because permissions here are only applicable for the pro version.

Maybe you can add Preview only and Preview and download back in like it has been in previous versions of Seafile so the permissions column gets a purpose in the CE.

I know you want keep down- and uploads separated in the CE but it would me much appreciated if you can add the combined permission to the frontend.
