GH is counting funny it seems, from what I can see it's just 4 commits that are different

I'm not too keen on having links in the README.md file - is there another place for it?

@sebkinne I can see the argument for limiting links in the readme, especially for temporary things and social-media, however I do think there's an argument for them to exist and AFAIK there's no other place to have them currently. For one, I think the links are useful to make it easier to track where things were proposed and who's working on what.

I'm not 100% sure both would be pretty good. I would be cool with hosting a page that talks about whats happening soon or something.

@thehappydinoa, I'm not sure a separate site is needed for it, seems like NEWS/WIP could cover it, perhaps the wiki and forum.
