The note default font is stored in the html file header. Example: <body style=" font-family:'DejaVu Sans'; font-size:10pt; font-weight:400; font-style:normal;">

Changing the default font in the settings does not modify existing nodes. It would be convenient if there was a button to apply the new default font to all existing notes.
