Which snp covariance file to use with TWAS inflation corrected model

Good afternoon and thank you for developing this method.

I am using this method to run a TWAS using the TWAS inflation corrected models (https://predictdb.org/post/2024/11/11/twas-inflation-corrected-models/). I want to confirm that I should still use the file "gtex_v8_expression_elastic_net_snp_smultixcan_covariance.txt.gz" for the --snp_covariance file when running S-MultiXcan analysis.

Yea the covariance file does not change for the models.
