理想情况(关闭插件后的情况)（下面的序号为操作顺序）

浏览器语言为中文，访问页面，加载中文语言文件
浏览器语言为英文，访问页面，加载英文语言文件

实际情况（下面的序号为操作顺序）

浏览器语言为中文，访问页面，加载中文语言文件
浏览器语言为英文，访问页面，依然是中文语言文件
浏览器语言为英文，访问页面，按f5刷新，依然是中文语言文件
浏览器语言为英文，访问页面，按ctrl+f5硬刷新，加载英文语言文件。
