cramer rule is Ok.
gauss_jordan requires pivoting before starting row operations.
guass_seidel: the way you calculate err in line 38 is not efficient. Try using the method introduced in class.

write a test program that shows how to use these 3 methods for solving a linear set of equations (for example with 4 equations or more).
