one thing I think missing from this assay is long-term consequences of reducing beads on the yield of cells 1 week or more after activation. In ACT, these cells are expand a while in the hope to get far more cells at the end the experience - 100X or 1000X fold. This assay was only conducted for two days. Might want to at least state that future work is needed to figure this out.
