On immortalwrt-mt798x have very poor range of WiFi on 5 GHz band compared to BPI-SINOVOIP/BPI-R3MINI-OPENWRT-V21.02.3, even on WiFi page connected devices show much lower signal in dBm.

Also, WiFi settings (on mtwifi-cfg or luci-app-mtk same) lose after rebooting device and MAC address of both WiFi (and LAN) after each boot is randomly generated.

use this file to replace your eeprom under /lib/firmware/
