It doesn't even output 48 kHz. The output is 44.1 kHz, and there's only audio up to 20 kHz. And the playback speed is wrong.

I have seen this issue happening only on the Gradio Web UI as for some reason they put 44100 waveform in the output, but putting 48000 seems to fix it
