Help forward incoming mail and outgoing mail

Hello
I trys since few days to:
internet -> incoming mail (Haraka) -> forward to an other local smtp

client (auth) -> outgoing mail (Haraka) -> internet

plugins:
tls
auth/flat_file
rcpt_to.in_host_list
dkim_sign
relay
queue/smtp_proxy

when i remove smtp_proxy i can send my via port 587 but when smtp_proxy is enable, mail is tranfer to local smtp and its not that i want

and if smtp_proxy is enable, i can receive incoming mail to port 25 and foward to other smtp

Can you help me please ?

I found, i use smtp_forward and i desable outbound
