[Feature Request] Ability to add background on favourited playlists

I recently discovered that you cannot add background to the playlists that are not yours. To be fair personal playlists trigger the playlist-edit dialog on clicking the edit button. While other playlists(not created by user) do not trigger the playlist-edit dialog where the 'add background' feature of the Galaxy theme resides. I was wondering if this can be made possible. Because I have favourited around 30+ playlists and would love them to have custom backgrounds like my own playlists.

I'll definitely do this, it shouldn't be difficult to implement.
