It would be super handy to use the cookiecutter repo to create a bitbucket repo via the bitbucket API as well as prepare the correct git-flow branch structure. We could post-process run a script to generate the bitbucket repo. It could also be used to create all the standard permissions that bitbucket is missing at the project level.
