Run MD5 Rococo Collator

Current status:

• The permanent slot has been requested: Request for Permanent Slot for MD5 Network paritytech/subport#556

• But there is an issue with the current running collator: Rococo collator running on aws eks fails and restart every few minutes paritytech/polkadot-sdk#642

• The advice was to upgrade to 942, but there was a dependency issue, this is the branch with the upgrade: https://github.com/hashed-io/hashed-pallets/tree/bump-versions/substrate-942

• Version 943 has been released, so we can try uprading to that.
