I Want to use PBJ-generated gRPC plugin for Helidon
So That We can reduce external dependencies and improve performance

Hashgraph is working on a gRPC implementation as part of the PBJ protocol buffer compiler that will integrate with Helidon and replace the Helidon gRPC implementation. We want to use this implementation in the Block Node project in hopes of working around some performance and reliability issues in the existing Helidon implementation and reducing external dependencies.
